Delete your KasiCart account
You can delete your account and the information linked to it at any time, from the app or the website. It takes a minute.

Delete it yourself
- Sign in at kasicart.co.za or open the app.
- Go to Profile → See or delete what KasiCart holds.
- Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, so the account can no longer be used.
- Your profile, saved area, notification choices, saved lists, followed places and phone notifications.
- Contact details you left on posts. A shop you listed is closed.
What stays, without your name
- Posts and prices you shared stay up for your neighbours, no longer linked to you.
- Records the law asks us to keep, such as payments, for as long as the law says.
Cannot sign in?
Ask us to delete it for you from the email address on the account. We confirm it is you, delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
Our contact details are being added. Until then, use the Flag button on a post, or reply to any email we sent you.
